Professional Biography

Leah Feinberg is a doctoral student in the Clinical Science Ph.D. program at Florida International University (FIU) and a member of the Mental Health Interventions and Technology (MINT) Lab. Her research interests focus on parental interaction patterns and their relationship with the trajectory of mental health disorders. Specifically, she is interested in the dissemination of parent training and prevention efforts using technology.

Leah completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology at Northeastern University. She worked as a research assistant at the Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders and assisted with a weeklong intensive group treatment program for children with selective mutism. Leah also worked as a clinical research coordinator at the Pediatric Psychopharmacology Program at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). At MGH, she gained experience working with children with ADHD, mood dysregulation, and autism.
